Management Control Teamleader

Become a crucial player in our growth and operational excellence as a Management Control Manager


In this role, you will coordinate the management and development of all management control functions at country level, including the relation with all the relevant stakeholders and partners.


With your skills and experience in assisting the strategic analysis and planning as well as provisioning financial and operational indicators, you will guide the financial planning process and evaluate the business performance.


Your responsibilities also include liaising with 3rd parties and corporate areas.


A selection of the tasks and responsibilities that come with this role:


• Lead the budget definition and annual forecasting, collecting needs and identifying priorities with each area in line with the business requirements and annual plan.

• Oversee the monthly budget control and potential reforecasting activities.

• Lead the monthly reporting activities.

• Participate and supervise the Company strategic plan development and implementation.

• Oversee and participate in the development of cost and pricing models, gathering information regarding all the items required for each activity, for cost allocation.

• Develop and monitor a cost model for regulatory purposes.

• Manage and control the budget of key projects and give support across the Company to the analysis on projects and business plans.

• Supervise and conduct analysis on operational and financial KPI’s of the Company identifying patterns and deviations, and proactively give advice to the team.

• Conduct and assist the entities and teams in ad-hoc analysis.

• Contribute for transversal projects and initiatives reflecting both organic and inorganic growth.

• Participate in Netherlands entities’ transversal activities: country reviews, day-to-day corporate and administrative issues, and IT solutions’ implementation, contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals.

• Contribute for the implementation of business and accounting procedures in line with national and international normative, further to Group’s accounting policies.

• Contribute along with the Accounting & Tax area for the supervision of the bookkeeping activities, ensuring clear guide for the recording, analysis, and final reporting of the business’s financial activities.

• Give support to the Company departments in project analysis, budget consecution and other related.

• Ensure the regular follow up on the country objectives consecution. We have a nice and professional working atmosphere, an open culture with a strong focus on progression and strengthening the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Control or Management Accounting.

• You have significant and relevant experience in the Management Control role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.

• You have strong communication and influencing skills both in Dutch and English.

• You have a demonstrated understanding of a management control function at country level in a corporate environment.

• You have experience in leading the budget definition and annual forecast process.

• You have the ability to participate in the development of the strategic plan.

• You have an eye for detail and an analytical mindset.

• You have adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
